This is not a community cookbook; it is written by the chef at the Boston elementary school. Contents include: Dressings & Sauces Side Dishes & Salads Soups, Stews & Chilis Main Dishes Recipes include: Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce; Salsa Fresco; Homemade Hot Sauce; Pickled Cabbage; Corn & Black Bean Salsa; Vegetarian Red Beans & Rice; Grilled Potato Hash; Corn Bread; Mike's Crave-able Croutons; Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins; Chicken Chili Verde; Brazilian White Fish Stew; Tortilla Soup; Beef & Broccoli with Soba Noodles; Baked Falafel; Secret Macaroni & Cheese, more. Stapled binding has small tears inside front cover at the location of the staples and the cover fit is a little loose. Bottom corner of back cover and last page are creased. . Stapled. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
