This is a 50th anniversary, limited first edition of the famous Bradbury title with full-page, color illustrations by Ralph Steadman. A Fine book in Fine dust jacket. This copy is bound in quarter leather with marbled boards and housed in a Fine red slipcase. Bradbury has written a new introduction for this very special limited edition. This is copy number 57 of 150 such copies that have been signed by Bradbury and Steadman on the limitation page. There were three variants of this edition: 52 lettered copies, followed by 150 numbered copies (numbers 1 to 150), bound in quarter leather with special paper/art boards, and then followed by 300 more (numbers 151 to 451) copies in red cloth (total copies in the edition being 503). A note from the publisher on the final page explains some details of the production and is signed by Publishers Craig and Patti Graham.
