The first UK edition of this collection of short stories by the author of One Hundred Years of Solitude, Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The first UK edition of the work. In the original unclipped dustwrapper. Translated from the Spanish by Gregory Rabassa. Leaf Storm and Other Stories is a collection of stories by Argentinian author Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Many of the stories in the collection were previously published in magazines such as Playboy and Esquire. Marquez is perhaps best known for his two works One Hundred Years of Solitude and Love in The Time of Cholera. An excellent example of this collection of short stories, in the original decorative dustwrapper. In the original green cloth binding in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally in lovely condition with minor shelf wear only. Dustwrapper is in excellent condition with slight bumping to the extremities and the head and tail of the spine. Very light tidemark to the reverse of the wrap. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just very marginal age toning. Fine
