The Two Towers is a 1965 eleventh impression and The Return of the King is a 1965 eleventh impression. 8vos. Bright red cloth stamped in gilt on spine. Top page edges stained dark red. Fold-out maps in excellent condition at the back of each volume. 423, 352 and 416 pages."The Two Towers is sharp in Fine condition. The Fellowship of the King and The Return of the King have some loss to cloth near spine ends and just a little glue residue on endpages under flaps otherwise in very nice hardly used condition. Author's name written out under printed name in black ink John Ronald Revel Tolkien on title page of Fellowship of the Ring does not appear to be a signature. Very nice sharp and Fine dust jackets in clear clear jacket protector sleeves have no tears except for one 3/4" closed tear at top of back panel of The Return of the King. Jackets toned some on spine and half inch band across centers. Return of the King toned generally slightly more. E-mail me for photos. .
