Beige cloth cover has lightly turned in spine caps with a very tiny bump to lower back corner otherwise pristine. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. End sheets and paste downs very lightly toned. One page has a couple very short tears (appears to have resulted from trimming defect) , otherwise pages are clean and pristine. Book has never been cracked open. Dust jacket has light tattering at extremities and a 1. 5" tear that is repaired on the underside with acid-free paper mending tape but DJ but is clean and bright. Publisher's price of $3.00 on DJ flap, the same price as on the first printing indicating it is a very early printing. DJ protected by a brand new, clear, acid-free mylar cover. We add mylar covers to all books with DJs to preserve the DJs and add luster to magnify their beauty.
