Inscribed "For Dr. And Mrs. Stebbins With The Dearest Love Kate D Wiggin Xmas 1890" . Stebbins Was A Good Friend Of Wiggin, And Had Assisted Her Move From Santa Barbara To San Francisco; His Children Were The Dedicatees Of Her Most Famous Book, "A Bird's Christmas Carol".
