Author/editor/designer biographies and photographs are on the inside dust jacket flaps. Affixed to the inside back cover is a DVD (with matching artwork to the cover and dust jacket) in a clear, sealed pocket. Contents include: The Birth of Ultimate First National Championships The Creation of the UPA Ultimate Heats Up Ultimate Settles Down Leagues Take Flight WFDF and International Expansion Jacket has edgewear and the bottom of the front of jacket is wrinkled. . Pictorial Cover. Very Good/Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
