About This Item

Collingswood NJ: Christian Beacon Press, 1950. 29p. staplebound pamphlet, paper evenly toned, "An attack upon Methodist 'radicalism'" penciled across the top. A rubberstamped note on the cover states that "Since November, 1951, the Federal Council is the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA." McIntire, editor of the ultra-conservative "Christian Beacon" newspaper, argued that the Methodist church had been contaminated by Communist teachings.
