Laid in on a 5.5x3 inch slip of blue paper is a "Warning" notice, how changes in selective service law may have rendered sections obsolete. One of the features of the item in hand is to list the date of each previous edition, starting with the 1952 first issue, plus how many copies were printed each time. This 7th is extra large, with 8,000 exemplars for circulation.
