First edition, Early Printing (code C-X; March 1923).  The bindings are tight and square. Text clean, light even toning. Very light edgewear, one corner bumped, a few spots recolored, small spot of wear to mounted photograph, altogether a well-preserved copy. The previous owner's name was partially erased on the front-free-endpage..
