A rich pictorial history of the Basse Alsace, the lower Alsace region of France, on the west bank of the Upper Rhine River, next to Germany and Switzerland. Areas covered in the volume include: Strasbourg, La Bruche, Mount Sainte-Odile, on the Wine Route, and to the north of Strasbourg.
