A short unpaginated title with 8 pp. printed on rectos in black lettering trimmed in red. Designed by Bruce Rogers.. A presentation copy to Caroline Riesor Rau--a Chicago socialite and prolific book collector and wife of David Wallerstein-David Wallerstein would become President of the Balaban & Katz Midwest movie theaters as well as friends with Ray Kroc and Walt Disney and later served on the Board of Directors of Disney, ABC and McDonalds. It was Wallerstein who introduced the world to "Supersize" drinks and fries. A great collectible copy with solid provenance.
