Laid in is a letter from The Hubbard Dianetic Research Foundation to a member referencing the government's effort to recover all copies because of information about Russian brainwashing and that "Almost all of the previously released copies have been recovered. Our most trusted members may retain copies for research work to cure effects of brainwashing. For this purpose we are issuing this volume to you." Scarce.
