These songs tale of both the loneliness and the togetherness. There is the lament of lost loves and the sweet memories of love affairs with Mexican senioritas as in "A Border Affair" with the sad words: "Never seen her since that night, I kaint cross the Line you know, she was Mex. and I was white." A very nice copy bound in rust cloth, spine lettering gilt, a touch of wear to corners, in edge worn and chipped unclipped pictorial dust jacket.
