Hardback in good+ condition, with Dust Jacket Text clean and unmarked, binding tight. Name of Joaquin (Tex) Murrieta on contents page. Latta was a well known historian who in 1906 while still a student conducted his first interview. He later went around and found old timers still living and interviewed them about various historical people and incidents. This is one of the best book on Murrieta as Latta interviewed, men who rode with him, his camp cook who was 100 at the time he interviewed her, as well as others Murrieta's path crossed. B&W photos. Dust Jacket is a later addition by Early West, Creative Publishing.
