Book is in Good- condition, with very light edgewear to cover boards, front bottom edge corner bumped and has bit of soiling. Front cover board has a bit of a bend to the top front edge corner. Hinges beginning to weaken. Bit of yellowing/foxing around edges of each page. Pages, otherwise unmarked and secure.
Dust jacket is in Fair condition, with an open tear across a significant part of the top front edge corner. Other smaller open and closed tears on jacket front and spine, rear of jacket has a couple of very small tears. Now in Brodart dust jacket protector.

This is another celebration of the frequent and remarkable collaboration between Piper and Betjeman. Illustrated with many black & white photographs. Book in very good condition. A little light soiling to boards. Neat ink inscription to verso of front free endpaper.
