This edition published February, 1907, but is not a first state, first printing. Book One of this volume is a correction of "errors of judgement and of fact" contained in earlier publication on Christian Science (1903). Book Two was written in 1903 but remained unpublished till this 1907 volume. Its purpose "has been to present a character-portrait of Mrs. Eddy, drawn from her own acts and words solely... and to explain the nature and scope of her Monarchy, as revealed in the Laws by which she governs it, and which she wrote herself".
