Previous owner's name on the front free endpaper. It appears there has been a label on the inside cover which has been removed leaving a glue residue. Back inner hinge is cracked. A good copy of this first edition of Walbran's coast names, illustrated with b/w photographs. Provides the origin and history of place names. The fold out map at the back of the book appears unopened. This is a heavy book and may require additional shipping charges - at cost.

Small stamp on inner front cover (St. Andrew's College, Winnipeg); no other markings. Small (and old) tape repair, about 2-inches long, at the first edge of the folding map, the old cellotape has browned. A near fine, bright copy in the original green cloth, faintly frayed at spine head.
