Just about like new--no wear, clean, unmarked, with a few barely visible imperfections and no marks or writing except the following: Volume 3 has a few very faint slightly dark spatters on cover, a few small minor light brown spots on outer and upper page edges; volume 4 cover is slightly frayed at bottom and top of spine, first few pages of "Tempest" have a little faint light blue pencil underlining. GB: Macmillan (Eversley Edition), 1899. Original burgundy cloth lettered in gold on spines. Clean tight texts with leading and bottom edges roughly cut. Sporadic spotting to texts and MODERATELY HEAVY SPOTTING to text edges. Covers generally quite clean. Spines generally quite bright BUT volume IV is sunned (not much affecting lettering) and vol II has slight marks.
