To the half title page it is signed by D'Harnoncourt with a sketch and "Viva Mexico". Laid in loose is a photograph of the author receiving an award. A penciled notation on the back. To the back it is stamped, "Kal Weyner, Carnegie Hall, N. Y." The book is in excellent condition with only minor wear to the lower edges.
