London, England: Methuen & Company Ltd., 1968. BZ3 - A hard cover 2nd edition withdrawn ex-library book in good+ condition. This is a revised and enlarged 2nd endition. A tight, clean, sound copy in textured oliver paper covered boards with gold lettering and gold lettering and a graphic against a black background on the spine with minor overall shelf wear plus there is some fading along the board top and bottom edges plus there is tape staining on the outside board surfaces and front and back endpapers from where the dust jacket was taped to the boards plus there is some very light soiling on the top outside paper edges plus there are the usual library stamps, label, and pocket on the top and bottom outside paper edges, copyright page, and back endpaper. The dust jacket shows very minor overall shelf wear plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve.
