Notes on Condition: Overall this book is in very good condition. This book is in almost brand new condition with the exception of a few lightly creased pages and some very light wear on the dust jacket (mainly along the edges). There are no pen markings or tears in the book.

Notes on Condtion: This book has a few condition issues. This book has some stains on the top edge and the textblock and a few small stains on the inside of the book. The dust jacket is in great condition minus a few stains on the upper part of the front flap. Additionally, the back board has been bumped on the lower corner. However, there are no torn pages, highlights or pen markings in this book.

St Martin's Press, 2007. First edition, hardcover with dustjacket. Signed and inscribed on title page, "2/28/08 For Mike - With Much gratitude and all best wishes, Brian Malloy."
Notes on Condition: Overall in good used condition minus a few indentions on pages 1-18, a few folded corners and a small black stain on one page. The dust jacket has a protective cover that wasn't cut completely right on the flaps when it was originally attached and has some scratches.

Doubleday (division of Random House Publishers): New York, NY and Tornoto, Canada, 2010. First edition, first printing (the 1 is present in the number line on the copyright page with first edition stated below). This copy is signed by the author on the front endsheet in blue ink.
Notes on Condition: Overall this book is in decent condition, however, there is a small area of water damage on the bottom edge of the back endpapers and on the dust jacket which made the back of the dust jacket wrinkled in some areas. Please refer to the images provided to see the damage. The textblock is also slightly dirty from use. Other than that this book is in great condition with no writing (besides the signature) or tears.

Notes on Condition: Overall in great used condition with some light wear. There is one stain on page 313 chapter 42 and the dust jacket shows some minor shelf wear on the bottom edges especially around the spine. The top of the dust jacket also shows some minor indentions from use.

The Eco Press, New York Copyright 1994. First Edition (stated), hardcover with dustjacket. One of the opening title pages is signed and inscribed "Stay Well, Gerald Early."
Notes on Condition: This book is in great condition overall, minus some writing on the front free end-paper. There is also a small spot on the text block towards the bottom of the book where something sticky made the pages stick together and caused a few small imperfections on the pages. Other than that this signed copy is in great condition.

Nelson Books: Nashville, TN 2019. Hardcover with dust jacket from the fifth printing as indicated by the number line on the copyright page. Signed by Gary Sinise on a bookplate that has been affixed to the front free endpaper. A certificate of authentcity comes with this book from premier collectibles. Both the bookplate and the COA are from premier collectibles.
Notes on Condition: The book is in very good condition overall, but the dust jacket shows some wear. There is some edgewear along the edges of the dust jacket and some scratches and scuffing on the front and back panels. There is also some wear along the front and back turn where the front and back panels are folded over for the flap. The inside of the book, however, is clean with no pen markings, highlights, stains or tears. The boards are also in great condition with no bumps. Please refer to the images for further details.

Notes on Condition: This book has been used and shows some signs of wear. The dust jacket is wrinkled in places and worn along the edges and has a place where it was slightly water damaged on the bottom around the spine of the book. The book has some small spots and stains along the foredge and top and bottom edges. There are also a few folded over corners on a few pages. However, there are no known torn pages or writing inside the book and the boards show no signs of water damage.

St Martin's Press: New York, NY 2010. Hardcover with dust jacket. First edition, first printing. Signed by Mitt Romney on the front free end paper.
Notes on Condition: Overall this book is in very good condition. The dust jacket does have one small tear on the back bottom edge by the joint of the book and shows some light wear along the edges. There also appears to be a small crease line by the top edge of the dustjacket on the back. Overall, however, this book is in great condition with no tears in the pages, no writing or stains and the boards are clean with no bumps.

Simon & Schuster: New York, NY 2015. First Edition, First Printing. Signed and Inscribed by Rinker Buck in blue ink on the title page.
Notes on Condition: This book has some condition issues. The dust jacket cover is dirty and has some damage. There is a small sticky spot on the lower back right corner of the book where a sticker may have been and has damaged the dust jacket. The corners and edges of the dustjacket also have some wear. The pages inside the book are in good used condition overall with no tears, but there are a few pages in the book that have a couple small stains.
Other notes: This book may contain some explict language and other content that may be disturbing to some readers.

Scribner: New York, NY 2006. Hardcover with dust jacket from the fourth printing (indicated in the number line on the copyright page with 4 at the end). Signed and inscribed in black ink by Mike Mullane on the front free endpaper.
Notes on Condition: The dust jacket does have some signs of wear including a small tear on the lower left corner of the front panel and a nick on the right side of the front panel. The corners, edges and the back wrap all show signs of light wear on the dust jacket. The inside of the book is pretty clean overall with no tears or stains. There is a small blue ink spot in the upper right corner on the front free endpaper where the inscription is found but overall the inside of the book is pretty clean.

Warner Books: New York, NY 2007. Hardcover with dust jacket, first edition, first printing. Signed by author on the title page.
Notes on Condition: The dust jacket has a few imperfections and isn't in perfect condition. There is a small dent in the middle by the joint of the book. The top and bottoms edges and corner of the dust jacket show some wear. The book is in very good condition, however, with no writing, highlights or tears.

Cabela Publishing LLC: Sidney, NE 2005. First edition (stated) and first printing with number line ending in 1 on copyright page. Signed and insribed by David, Mary and Dick Cabela before the title page. These are the inscriptions: "Happy Hunting!" - David Cabela, "May all your wilderness adventures be filled with wonderful memories." - Mary Cabela and "Good luck and have fun in the great outdoors!" - Dick Cabela.
Notes on Condition: Overall this book is in good used conditon with light wear from use. There is also writing on the front free endpaper of the book that was not written by the Cabelas. There are no torn pages and the binding is in great condition.
