Octavo (8 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches; 215 x 145 millimeters). 137 pages. Condition: Very Good+, in Very Good dust jacket. Minimal wear to cloth at crown and foot of spine and at corners. Trace of a dog-ear crease page 54. Dust jacket has 3/4 inch tear bottom right of front panel, smaller tear at bottom hinge, and a chip missing from crown of spine.
