Overall condition of books is Very Good. Cover corners bumped and worn, with edge wear around boards, noticeably at the bottom edge of the spine. Binding is solid, and tissue guard over frontspiece (Clemens photograph) is fully intact and in place. Interior pages and plates are bright and clean, with just a few finger prints (found one on p. 229).
