Description:
"The Mist Procession" by Lord Vansittart. Published in hardback by Hutchinson in 1958. First Edition. 568pp. The book is in Good Plus condition for its age. The binding is good (not "tight" as there is some movement to the spine area) and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The boards are clean and the gilt lettering, although dulled, still readable. The page edge blocks are clean. Internally the volume is in very clean and unmarked condition. It appears to be inscription, annotation and foxing free. The dustjacket is in Good condition for its age. It has scuffing on the rear panel to note and light damage with tiny loss to the head and tail of the spine (see scan). The front panel has the residue of a sticker on it that partially covers the author's image and the lettering in the book title (see scan). The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Any questions, please just ask.
