Where do I start if I have a return or refund request?

If you would like to return part or all of an order you have received, it is best to follow this procedure:

1) Contact the bookseller directly via email. You will find the bookseller's email address in the order details in your order history. That email address is also provided in the order confirmation email you received. Provide the seller with information about why you are requesting the return.

2) Include support@biblio.com in the Cc line of your email, so that we may keep track of your correspondence with the bookseller. You can also email directly with your request and your order number, or use the Contact Us link to do so. Our customer support staff will forward your message to the seller.

3) Please allow at least 48 hours or 2 business days for the bookseller to respond to your request for return/refund. The bookseller is required to contact you in a reasonable time frame to assist you in returning the order or discuss the matter with you further.

4) You should expect a refund for the returned order that is based on your agreement with the bookseller. Refunds are issued after the return has been received by the bookseller.
