Washington DC: Center for Historical Review, 1994. Paperback. x, 246 pages, paperback; somewhat shelfworn. After the Holocaust-denying Institute for Historical Review offered a $50,000 reward to anyone who could prove categorically that Jews were mass-murdered by the Nazis, Mermelstein took up the offer and sued when they refused to pay. In 1985 Judge Robert A. Wenke ordered the Institute and other defendants to pay Mermelstein the $50,000 reward plus $40,000. This book still claims victory because a second lawsuit did not result in a payout, and the IHR claimed that the case brought more attention to their cause.
