Copyright page states 1958 but believed to be a later printing, 291 pages, including index, heavily illustrated with vintage black and white photographs, very nice Clatsop County map in green on front and rear end papers, Octavo: 8.75 inches in height by 5.75 inches in width, dark green boards with black titles to spine and front board, Book is Fine tight and square with no previous owner bookplate or writing, never read condition. Jacket is near Fine, price clipped, bright and clean, shows nicely in a new mylar sleeve. Most presentable edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
