First edition, signed copy. Good condition. Dust jacket chipped at corners and edges, missing piece head of spine, price clipped and clipped at all corners inside cover in protective mylar. Lew Sarett was a poet, lecturer, philosopher, and teacher. With a foreword here by Carl Sandburg, American poet, biographer, journalist and editor who won two Pulitzer Prizes for his poetry has this to say: Sarett " brings wisdom of things silent and things garrulous to his book.
