US: St Martins Pr, 1992. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good +. Inscribed and signed by the author on loose paper located inside the mylar of the dust jacket. Quarter red cloth over olive paper-covered boards with gilt particulars to spine. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is lightly foxed; fore edge is deckled. Boards are clean and bright; boards are slightly bowed. Binding is tight. Dust jacket is clean, bright and unmarked with light curling to edges and ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket; signed note at front flap.
