London, Longman and Rees, 1800 5th. Three volumes. Hardback, 8 x 5 inches. In polished full tree calf leather fine binding, twin black leather spine labels lettered and numbered in gilt, with gilt banding to spines. Speckled page edges, plain endpapers. In very good conditions. Corners slightly bumped with some minor rubbing to corners and edges, some minor rubbing to boards. Small rubbed patch and tiny hole to leather at bottom of spine on vol.1., small chip to bottom edge of rear board on vol.3. Light scratch to front of vol.2. Some slight darkening to endpapers. Neat inscription to tops of title pages “Thos. S. Parke. A.B. 1839.” Inside pages are all very clean, bright and tight. Else very clean and tight copies. 373, 475 & 411pp. + publishers cat pages at rears. Illustrated with a B&W engraved frontis portrait of the author.
