John Murray, 1936. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1936. First Edition. 243 pages. Red dust jacket over green cloth with a photographic black and white frontis and plates throughout. Moderate tanning to pages with heavier tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and heavy tanning to text block edges. Front hinge is cracked with exposed netting. Boards have visible rubbing and heavier bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and heavy sunning to spine. Unclipped jacket with major edge wear, ink marks and rubbing. Splitting to joints and visible tearing to corners, edges and spine ends. Major foxing and sunning to interior.
