New York: Hill & Wang. Very Good+ in Near Fine dust jacket. 2001. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. 0809070936 . Biography of Mary G. Harris Jones (1837-1930), an Irish-American labor organizer. Original publisher's gray paper covered boards with a black spine and gilt spine lettering. Contains an index and source notes in the rear. One signature was bound by the publisher slightly askew, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. There are two bookshop stickers at the lower edge of the rear panel of the dust jacket, else the dust jacket is in similarly nice condition with no chips, tears, or markings. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 408 pages .
