Some creasing and tears to edges of dustwrapper, with a piece missing att bottom right-hand corner of back panel of same. Minor bumping to spine ends and corners of green boards, some yellowing to the pages, but otherwise a good clean tight copy of this hard-cover book. The story deals with the attempts by a London newspaper owner to ruin the owner of a local newspaper in the north of England after he refuses to sell. No publication date shown, but was originally published in 1958, so this would be from a year or so later. . Book Club (BCE/BOMC). Hard Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
