Hardcover with dust jacket. Laminate pictorial DJ in near fine condition. Green cloth binding with gilt titles to spine near fine. Inside near fine. Inserted are also unfilled order form for book signed by Jim Whitaker inscribed to "David" and small slip signed by Martin Limbert. Scarce.
