First edition, very good + cloth hardcover shows a name at top of front pastedown, toning to front endpaper and part of front pastedown, touch of bumping to top corners of covers and mild soil at page edges, in near fine dust jacket (price at flap) that shows a couple of wrinkles and light scratches. 392 pages including index. Still a pleasing copy of this "..original, convincing and provocative study that will give us a new interpretation and perspective on an important part of our history and heritage.
