New York and London: Alfred A. Knopf, 1929. Hardcover. Octavo, xiii, 272, iv pages. In Very Good minus condition. Bound in the publisher's yellow cloth bearing black lettering and red rules to the spine. Boards have some soiling wear with stains to sunned spine and slight bumps to the spine edges. Text block has moderate age toning to the fore/tail edges. Head edge dark red. Deckled fore edge. Slight offsetting/foxing to the gutters interiorly. Frontispiece. Illustrated.
