A reading copy in fair condition. Volume I of II only. A previous owner's signature can be found on the title page. The text block includes extensive illustrations to accompany the text. The front and back endpages suffer minor foxing. The front and back inner hinges are slightly to moderately loose. The back inner hinge suffers an open tear at the tail, partially exposing the underlying mull. The cover boards show signs of moderate speckled color fading damage. The head and tail of the spine suffer moderate to severe shelfwear damage, as do the corners. The binding is tight; the pages are clean and unmarked. Priced accordingly, considering all damages. Secure packaging for safe delivery.Dust jacket quality is not guaranteed.
