An engaging study of the Arts and Crafts Movement from its origins to its influence on American art, with mentions of key figures such as John Ruskin, William Morris and Frank Lloyd Wright. This work was written by Lionel Lambourne (1933-2010), who was Head of Paintings at the Victoria and Albert Museum from 1986 to 1993.
