Bella edizione del 1676 di questo manuale di diritto venatorio e forestale scritto da Ahasver Fritsch (1629-1701) Professore a Jena e Cancelliere di Corte a Schwarzburg Rudolstadt. Fritsch fu il maggiore giurista di caccia tedesca nel XVII secolo. L'opera è suddivisa in tre parti: la prima un trattato sul diritto di caccia dell'autore, il secondo varie decisioni e commentarii, la terza ordinanze di caccia dei paesi tedeschi. Le prime due parti in lingua latina, la terza in lingua tedesca. Finissimo frontespizio figurato che mostra una foresta con cacciatori e taglio di legname. In buone condizioni e completo. Copertina in piena pergamena ottocentesca con titolo su tassello al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Bruniture. Parte mancante al margine di piegatura del frontespizio figurato. In 4. cm 32x21. Pp. (7)+114+(1)+47+68+219+(1)+284+52. Beautiful edition of 1676 of this manual of hunting and forestry law written by Ahasver Fritsch (1629-1701) Professor in Jena and Chancellier of Court in Schwarzburg Rudolstadt. Fritsch was the main jurist of german game in 17th century. The work is divided into three parts: the first one a treaty about game law of the same author, the second part different decisions and commentaries, the third one ordinances of hunting of german countries. The first two parts in latin langauge, the third part in german language. Very fine figurated title page showing a forest with an hunting scene and wood cutting. In good conditions and complete. Full parchment cover of 19th century with spine title leather label in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings. Yellowings. Missing part in the folding edge of figurated title page. In 4. cm 32x21. Pp. (7)+114+(1)+47+68+219+(1)+284+52.
