Rackham, Arthur; Nielsen, Kay; Dore, Gustav; Dulac, Edmund; Greenway, Kate; Clarke, Harry; et al. 176pp, copiously illustrated in colour and black and white, with some page decorations. Pale green endpapers. Bright green cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on spine (boards are strong, square and clean, very slightly rounded on corners). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original gloss dust jacket (a little bumped on edges, minor shelf wear). A glorious collection of traditional and fairly tales, including Puss in Boots, Rumpelstiltskin, The Princess and the Pea, The Frog Prince, The Goosegirl and Cinderella, Rhymes and a selection from Aesop's Fables. Each tale is illustrated by an individual artist, including George Cruikshank, Edmund Dulac, Kate Greenway, Kay Neilsen, Harry Clarke, Gustav Dore, Walter Crane and Arthur Rackham. Large 8vo.
