Contains "The Devil's Disciple" and "Caesar and Cleopatra", with notes to both appended. Sandglass laid-in. First edition thus. No previous ownership marks. Very mild age toning to yellow slipcase. N.B. binder's error to pages vii - x [first two leaves of preface], untrimmed [unopened] and slightly creased. Else a very clean, square, unmarked copy. Near fine in a near fine slipcase. . First Edition Thus. Hardcover. Near Fine/Not Issued. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
