(1) engraved frontis showing calf, hog and sheep with numbered sections of the cuts of their meat; engraved first title page featuring engraving of a cow also with numbered sections indication the various cuts of meat; title, engraved on verso with cow and sheep with numbered meat sections; 216 pp. with contents/index. Nine plates (including the aforementioned) , present but bound out of order.
