All edges gilt, and endpapers marbled. 187 pages. 60 plates, 28 full-page woodcuts, and 189 woodcuts placed throughout the text. A fair binding copy lacking boards and spine. Rear free endpaper lacking. Two shallow two-inch damp spots along bottom edge. "1000" and "400" in orange and blue crayon to reverse of front endpaper. Previous owner's inscription to second front endpage, "W.A. Detwiler // Bought from Leary's // for $4.00 // in Dec. 1922." Several quarter-inch dark spots to margins intermittently throughout. Inside is very bright and tissue gards appear undamaged, near very-good. Inquire if you need further information.

gebbie & barrie, 1880? appears to be one volumn. appears externally almost near fine, red leather, very heavy will need alot of postage, fabulous condition. looking close there is a little stain at the bottom of the spine and some bottom edge damp marks at the rear of the book.
