No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 12mo (15cm by 15cm), 72pp. Illustrated throughout, with the illustrations printed in two colours (red and black). Original cream-coloured boards, with a 2-colour illustration to the front board. This is a tatty copy of the second book featuring Rupert the Bear; the spine is missing, the boards are rubbed and scuffed, the contents are thumbed and there is a gift inscription to the front free endpaper. Suitable as a binding copy.

Sixty seven coloured strip pictures, (11cm x 7cm) with text beneath.Two stories, 1. Little Bear and the Fairy Child. 2. Adventures of Father Christmas. Spine expertly replaced with vellum. Some small stains to both boards and odd dirty marks, but generally a Vg example. (See photo) . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1922.

Corners are bumped and worn. Rear cover has a crease down it. Browning to endpapers. Internally a few light margin marks - but contents are very good.
