Bound in commercial flexible paper binder is a photocopied record of what appears to have been a typed transcript of manuscript records of the church, from the founding through the mid 1800's. Includes some Church history, records of Pastors but is largely devoted to Baptismal, Marriage and Death/Burial records spanning the years of 1739 - 1839. Also includes financial records spanning similar years. Pages numbered by type and occasionally corrected by hand. Printed recto surfaces only. The bound volume is approximately 3 inches thick. We find no evidence of this bound set of records being published, though it appears that a photo record of the manuscript is held by the Family History Library. Contents generally bright and fresh. Uniformly bound in 1/2 green morocco over marbled paper sides. Top edges gilt. Leather color shifted at spine to olive green; raised bands over several volumes scuffed and rubbed. Here and there some rubbing and scuffing to bottom front corner tips. Some few pages in nearly every volume bear the remanants of an ill-advised attempt to mend short tears with old scotch tape; short edge tears to scattered leaves caused by roughly opened pages. Old tape had ossified and discolored leaving stains to page edges and light offset stains to adjoining pages. Otherwise snug and attractive. Illustrated with maps. Scattered spotting and foxing to pages, generally light to moderate but here and there heavier. Several pages with shallow loss along the front margin not affecting the text; page 329/330 missing the top front corner of the page with loss of a small area of text. One plate has had a closed tear mended on the reverse blank surface. No marks; trace evidence of a bookplate to front pastedown. Good only .

Mounted on the verso facing the engraved title page is a calotype print of the Hancock House in Boston with the usual hand written pencil caption "Hancock House - Boston, an original sun picture."
