Overall, in generally good condition except that there is some very light and thin discoloration to the very edge of the first few pages. Also, there is some staining on the bottom paper edge, maybe from a drop of coffee. Doesn't seem to have extended into the margin of the pages. Also, there is a lateral stain on the spine, maybe the width of two paperclips. Other than these minor stains and some ruffling to the side paper edge from readers flipping through the pages the book is in good condition, clean, tight and no marks.
