The first half on the book is full of historical photos from the Hindman and Pine Mountain settlement schools, and introduces the Dulcimer and its importance in the local music. The second half of the book includes transcriptions - lyrics, melody, and dulcimer tablature- of 20 twenty songs out of ~200 collected by these women. Covers and pages are clean and unmarked.
