[San Francisco]: C. B. Hubbard, (n. d.), circa 1926. Very Good. 28 x 21 cm. Single sheet, printed on both sides. White paper printed in black, with b&w map to verso. Center fold line; light crease to upper corner. Promotional circular for Manteca, California, named here "The Dairy and Poultry Center of the San Joaquin," encouraging readers to make Manteca "a poultry and egg hatching center which will bring in thousands of settlers to engage in this enterprise, which naturally will subdivide, improve and develop thousands of acres of land in the Manteca section that has not been brought under full production."
