The story involves two mysterious deaths, the first being the parrot. End of story? I think not. The book was adapted for film twice, as The Chinese Parrot (1927) and as Charlie Chan's Courage (1934). Both films are considered lost films so we're left with the book to solve the mystery of the Chinese Parrot. 5x7.5 in. 316 pg.
